Leadership & Staff Development
For more than ten years, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, teens, adults, families, and professionals in educational and human services settings. My experience includes serving as an early childhood educator, where I supported young learners during critical stages of development and partnered with families to encourage communication, confidence, and independence. I have also worked in behavioral health and community-based services, helping individuals and families navigate everyday challenges by creating practical routines, strengthening communication, building life skills, and developing strategies that fit naturally into daily life. As my career has grown, I've also had the opportunity to mentor and support other professionals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help organizations strengthen their leadership and day-to-day operations.
My educational background includes psychology, exceptional student education, child development, learning, communication, family collaboration, and leadership. Throughout both my education and professional experience, I've developed a deep appreciation for meeting people where they are and recognizing that no two journeys are the same. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in partnering with each individual, family, or professional to create personalized strategies that build on their unique strengths, align with their goals, and foster meaningful, lasting change. Every coaching relationship is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and the belief that growth is possible at every stage of life.

HOW IT WORKS
🌼 1. Schedule a Discovery Call
We’ll start with a free consultation to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and determine whether coaching is the right fit for your needs.
🌼 2. Create Your Personalized Plan
Every person is unique. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies tailored to your lifestyle, strengths, and priorities.
🌼 3. Begin Coaching
During one-on-one coaching sessions, we’ll work through real-life situations, build practical skills, and celebrate progress along the way. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on creating lasting change.
🌼 4. Continue Growing
Growth doesn’t happen overnight. We’ll adjust strategies as needed, overcome obstacles together, and build confidence one step at a time until you feel equipped to move forward independently.
